Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly/monthly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs. Collect credit accounts daily and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing insights learned during deliveries. Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value, maintain store cleanliness, and perform general stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Requires safe driving, ability to use the delivery board system, and working an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish
- Automotive parts experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
