Store Driver

Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly sales flyers. Drop off flyers to promote current sales and loyalty programs, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing insights learned during deliveries. Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value, and maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. Conduct general stocking including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts. Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales, and engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Other duties as assigned.
