Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly/monthly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs. Collect credit accounts daily and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing insights learned during deliveries. Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value, maintain store cleanliness including floors and parking lots, and perform general stocking and cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work evenings and weekends, and experience in automotive parts is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
