Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly sales flyers. Collect credit accounts daily and engage with walk-in customers to recommend appropriate parts or services. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights learned during deliveries to assist with upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. Perform general stocking including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts. Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish
- Automotive parts experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
