Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly sales flyers. Drop off flyers to promote loyalty programs and collect credit accounts daily. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights on deliveries and assisting with upselling to increase transaction value. Maintain store cleanliness, perform general stocking, and conduct cycle counts. Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Requires safe driving, delivery board system proficiency, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- Speak and write English
- Spanish a plus
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and leadership
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
