Job Summary
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers while picking up returns, cores, and weekly sales flyers to promote loyalty programs. Collect credit accounts daily and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers by providing delivery insights. Assist in upselling products to increase transaction values and engage walk-in customers to recommend appropriate parts or services. Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, and parking lots, while performing general stocking, truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts. Ensure knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to support sales efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Speak and write English
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish
- Automotive parts experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
