Job Summary
Accept and process donations at outdoor trailer sites, interacting with donors to ensure outstanding service. Receive newly donated items from the Donations team and unload trailers in a safe, efficient manner. Sort and ship recyclable items to support sustainability efforts while working in varying weather conditions. Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a neat work area. This role supports the mission to reduce waste and help local charities through our shipping and receiving operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be available for outdoor work in heat, cold, and wet weather conditions
- Must be able to interact with donors
- Must be able to sort and ship recyclable items
- Must be able to unload trailers
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently
- Must be a team player
- Must be organized
- Must be able to keep the work area neat and presentable
