Job Summary
Store Dispatcher I at Napa Auto Parts manages scheduling and dispatch of delivery drivers to ensure correct parts reach customers promptly. Responsibilities include mapping efficient delivery routes, tracking delivery quality via the Delivery Management System, solving issues for customers, handling cash from drivers, inspecting returned parts for returns to the distribution center or manufacturer, and maintaining fleet safety and readiness. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong customer care and communication skills, attention to part numbers and codes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
