Store Director

Store Director leads daily client interactions, trains and coaches Team Members, and balances inventory management, scheduling, and administrative duties to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include interviewing/hiring, monitoring labor demand, providing ongoing feedback, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring cleanliness and organization per company and State Board standards, and participating in weekly management calls. The role involves performing tanning or sugaring service shifts, fostering a warm, welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients, and pursuing opportunities for team development and growth.
