Job Summary
Store Director in Brooklyn, NY for Sézane. Represent the Brand by interacting with clients, maintain high customer service, product knowledge, and store operations. Manage, train and motivate shop team; oversee retail imaging, inventory logistics, and budgets. Drive business performance with action plans to maximize sales and minimize costs; monitor expenses and supply management. Develop open relations with Paris HQ and external partners; plan events and partnerships; lead HR needs and recruitment; clienteling and growing loyalty among local clients. Requirements include 5–7 years of retail management, experience in luxury or fast-paced retail, strong communications and team management, autonomy, and French-speaking is a plus. Salary range $85-105K plus bonus; benefits available.
