Store Director

Represent the brand by interacting with clients to maintain high service levels and product knowledge while overseeing all operational aspects including visual merchandising, inventory logistics, and process optimization. Manage, train, and motivate the shop team by assisting with hiring, conducting appraisals, and coaching staff to achieve financial growth and best-in-class customer service. Drive business performance by monitoring expenses, managing supply, and proposing commercial action plans to maximize sales and minimize costs. Collaborate transversally with Paris HQ to solve issues related to deliveries, stock, IT, and maintenance. Ensure quality of internal controls and execute store events and local initiatives to grow client loyalty. Based in South Congress, Austin, TX, this role requires 5–7 years of retail management experience and strong entrepreneurial agility.
