Store Director

Store Director responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and leading Sephora’s Doha store. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, managing floor operations to ensure an engaging customer journey, leveraging Sephora tools and data to improve customer experience, driving strategic sales, budgeting, and KPI achievement, overseeing day‐to‐day store operations, stock control, merchandising and visual standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, recruiting and developing talent, and collaborating with Brand Managers to optimize services and omni‐channel experiences. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; experience in retail management, floor leadership, and a passion for sales and customer service. Proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus; willingness to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
