Store Director

Store Director responsible for delivering exceptional operational and commercial standards across the Sephora store, driving sales and profitability through leadership of the Management team, maintaining budgets, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Responsibilities span Client Experience, Sales, Operations, Business, People, Know How, and Relationships, including coaching and training, floor leadership, KPI achievement, visual merchandising, inventory control, P&L management, scheduling, and collaboration with Brand Supervisors and the Head of Retail. Requires advanced product knowledge, strong communication, strategic planning, financial acumen, and a minimum of 7–8 years in store management plus a Bachelor’s degree. English is required; Arabic is a plus/mandatory for KSA. Location: Doha, Qatar.
