Store Director

Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, checking inventory, and auditing pre-book orders. Control shrink through correct rotation and tracking, ensure security equipment is operational, and monitor pricing against competition. Manage labor scheduling, project hours, and meet sales, labor, and profit budget projections while completing required reports. Train and develop staff, resolve conflicts, and conduct regular performance reviews. Maintain a clean facility, comply with government regulations, and enforce company policies including dress standards. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and exert frequent force; full-time role with direct reporting to the District Manager.
