Direct store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, managing inventory and stock conditions, and auditing pre-book suggested orders. Control shrink through correct inventory levels and proper rotation while ensuring security equipment remains operational. Monitor pricing and merchandising against competition, provide labor scheduling, and meet sales, labor, and profit budget projections. Lead a disciplined team by training, coaching, and mentoring associates to ensure a stable workforce, resolving conflicts and maintaining clear communication. Maintain a clean facility, comply with all company policies including dress and name tag enforcement, and submit required reports such as the AG Statement Sales Loss/Gain Report and Weekly Purchase Report. Ensure compliance with government regulations and community standards while meeting physical requirements for lifting and handling materials.
