Job Summary
Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, checking inventory conditions, and auditing pre-book orders. Control shrink through correct inventory levels and rotation, while ensuring security equipment remains operational and credits are requested from vendors. Monitor pricing against competition, project labor hours, and meet sales, labor, and profit budget projections. Train and develop staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and coach team members through daily tasks. Maintain a clean facility, comply with all company policies and government regulations, and report maintenance issues immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
