Direct all store associates and maintain a disciplined, non-offensive work environment through conflict resolution and clear communication. Manage daily operations by hiring and training employees, controlling shrink via proper inventory rotation, and auditing pre-book suggested orders from the office. Monitor pricing against competition, project labor hours, and ensure all security equipment remains operational. Complete required paperwork including AG Statement Sales Loss/Gain Reports and weekly purchase projections while meeting budgeted sales, labor, and gross targets. Maintain a clean facility, comply with government regulations, and enforce company policies on dress and name tags.
