Store Director

Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, checking inventory, and auditing pre-book orders. Control shrink through correct rotation and tracking, ensure security equipment is operational, and manage pricing and merchandising against competition. Lead the team by training new members, coaching daily tasks, resolving conflicts, and projecting labor hours to meet sales and profit budgets. Complete required paperwork including AG Statement Sales Loss/Gain Reports and weekly purchase projections. Maintain a clean facility, comply with all company policies and government regulations, and report maintenance issues immediately. This role requires lifting 60 lb. boxes, standing for extended periods, and working in a medium-physical environment.
