Job Summary
Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a quality workforce, controlling shrink through proper inventory rotation, and auditing pre-book orders. Manage daily sales, labor, and gross projections while monitoring pricing against competition and ensuring security equipment remains operational. Lead team development through training, coaching, and conflict resolution, completing performance reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months. Maintain a clean facility compliant with government regulations and company standards, including dress code enforcement and maintenance reporting. Full-time Upper Level role requiring ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work in environments with slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
