Job Summary
Direct store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, checking inventory, and auditing pre-book orders. Control shrink through correct inventory levels and rotation, while monitoring pricing, merchandising, and competitor activity. Manage labor scheduling and projections to meet sales, labor, and profit budgets. Train and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts to maintain a disciplined work environment. Ensure facility compliance with all company standards, government regulations, and safety equipment protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
