Job Summary
Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, checking inventory, and auditing pre-book orders. Control shrink through correct stock rotation, monitor pricing against competition, and manage labor projections to meet sales and profit budgets. Lead a team of associates by training new members, conducting performance reviews, and resolving conflicts while ensuring a clean facility and operational security equipment. Complete daily paperwork, including AG Statement reports and weekly purchase reports, and enforce company policies regarding dress, name tags, and government regulations. Maintain good standing with the community and report all maintenance issues immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10/20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
- Ability to stoop.
- Ability to kneel.
- Ability to stand.
- Ability to reach.
- Ability to push.
- Ability to pull.
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
