Job Summary
Direct all store associates to meet budgeted sales, labor, shrink, and gross projections while maintaining clean facility conditions and operational security equipment. Manage hiring, training, and development of the workforce through daily task assignment, conflict resolution, and performance reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months. Oversee inventory audits, stock rotation, vendor credit requests, and weekly purchase reports to control shrink and ensure proper product levels. Monitor pricing against competition, project labor hours for scheduling, and complete all required office paperwork including AG Statement Sales Loss/Gain and weekly projections. Maintain compliance with company policies, government regulations, and community standards while reporting maintenance issues immediately. Full-time, upper-level role requiring ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work in environments with slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
