Job Summary
Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a quality workforce, managing inventory levels, and auditing pre-book orders. Control shrink through proper rotation and tracking, while monitoring pricing against competitors and ensuring security equipment remains operational. Lead associate development by coaching staff, conducting performance reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months, and resolving conflicts to maintain a disciplined environment. Complete daily paperwork, including AG Statement sales reports and weekly purchase projections, while enforcing company policies on dress, name tags, and facility cleanliness. Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain community standing. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, use sharp instruments, and work in conditions requiring good vision and hearing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
