Job Summary
Direct store operations by hiring and maintaining a quality workforce, managing inventory audits, and adjusting pre-book orders from the office. Control shrink through proper rotation and tracking, monitor pricing against competition, and project labor hours to meet sales and profit budget targets. Lead all store associates by training new team members, conducting performance reviews, coaching daily tasks, and resolving conflicts to maintain a disciplined environment. Ensure facility compliance with company standards, government regulations, and maintenance reporting while managing security equipment and vendor credits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
