Job Summary
Direct all store operations by hiring and maintaining a proper level of employees, managing inventory and stock conditions, and auditing pre-book suggested orders. Control shrink through correct inventory levels and proper rotation while ensuring security equipment remains operational. Lead the team by training associates, coaching daily tasks, resolving conflicts, and completing performance reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months. Monitor pricing against competition, manage labor and sales projections, and ensure compliance with all company policies, government regulations, and facility standards. This Full Time Upper Level role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work in environments with slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
