Job Summary
Establish and maintain Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction by greeting every customer with respect, resolving issues, and maintaining outstanding product knowledge. Oversee restaurant operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and shrinkage management. Recruit, train, and supervise Associates while analyzing business trends to implement plans that meet or exceed objectives. Monitor competitor activities, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and act as the NFI's representative within the restaurant and community. Available to work varied hours/days to oversee daily restaurant functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to three years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of organization
- Ability to work with math concepts such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages, distribution, food cost, and labor percentage
