Job Summary
Deliver superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction while overseeing store operations to maximize sales, profitability, and shrink control. Analyze business trends, develop merchandising plans, and manage inventory levels to meet budgeted sales goals and profit margins. Lead subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory associates through daily work planning, performance coaching, and safety compliance audits. Enforce all store policies, manage labor expenses, and act as the NFI representative within the store and community. Conduct quality assurance checks across all areas, maintain facility safety, and recruit and train store management candidates.
