As Store Director for J.Crew Factory's new location, you will be accountable for every aspect of store performance, drive profitability, and build loyal customer relationships through exceptional service. You will hire, train, and develop the team to reach their highest potential, foster an inclusive environment, and partner with the District Manager to create a collaborative, high-performing store culture. Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver personalized service, managing store operations and systems, ensuring accountability, guiding product assortment and visual merchandising, and continually exceeding goals while maintaining best-in-class customer experiences. You will stay current with fashion trends, motivate colleagues through feedback, and adapt scheduling to meet nights, weekends, and holiday needs.
