Job Summary
Store Director responsible for all aspects of store performance, profitability, and customer experience. Lead and develop the team, recruit and train talent, collaborate with District Manager, ensure adherence to brand standards, drive service excellence, manage store operations and systems, curate a collaborative work environment, and provide feedback on product assortment and visual merchandising. Requires 5+ years of full-time retail management, leadership capability, scheduling flexibility, and physical ability to lift 40 pounds.
