Job Summary
Lead your team and drive store profitability through personalized customer service, proactive engagement, and swift concern resolution. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability, and recruit, train, and develop diverse talent to reflect the communities served. Partner with the District Manager to curate a collaborative environment, influence product assortment, and ensure the team exceeds goals. Provide feedback on visual merchandise and maintain an inclusive vision for driving business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time retail management experience
- current Store Director experience
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
Desired Qualifications
- current Store Director experience is a plus
