Store Director

As Store Director, you are accountable for every aspect of the store’s performance, driving profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences and building loyalty. You lead and develop the team, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with the District Manager to shape a collaborative, inclusive working environment. You oversee store operations, systems, and visual merchandising, ensuring accountability and alignment with brand standards, while motivating the team to exceed goals and provide best-in-class service. You’ll foster a sense of belonging and adapt to evolving business needs, with scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, and you’ll lead efforts to hire, train, and develop associates to their highest potential.
