Job Summary
Store Director responsible for every aspect of the retail store’s performance, driving profitability, delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and developing the team, hiring and training talent, and partnering with the District Manager to influence product assortment and visual merchandising. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to lead a diverse team to exceed goals and uphold brand standards is required.
Required Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of full-time retail management experience
- Current Store Director experience is a plus
