Store Director

As Store Director, you are accountable for every aspect of the store’s performance, driving profitability while fostering genuine connections with customers and building loyalty. You’ll hire, train, and develop the team to maximize potential, create an inclusive work environment, and collaborate with the District Manager to shape a best-in-class store. You’ll lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, fast resolution of concerns, and service excellence; manage operations, systems, and technology with accountability; recruit and develop talent to reflect the communities served; and influence product assortment and visual merchandising. The role requires 5+ years of full-time retail management experience, scheduling flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
