Job Summary
Lead your team and drive store profitability by creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and swift concern resolution. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability, and recruit, train, and develop diverse talent to build a collaborative environment. Partner with the District Manager to curate product assortments and visual merchandising, ensuring the team consistently exceeds goals. Provide feedback to influence business strategy and foster an inclusive culture where everyone shares a vision for the brand. Schedule flexibility includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time retail management experience
- current Store Director experience
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
