Store Director

Store Director responsible for every aspect of the retail store’s performance, driving profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and develop the team, hire and train staff, ensure store operations and systems run smoothly, and collaborate with the District Manager to create a collaborative, inclusive environment. Focus on achieving goals, curating product assortment and visual merchandising, and maintaining brand standards to reflect the communities served. Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork, scheduling flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays), and physical tasks as needed.
