Store Director

Store Director responsible for the overall performance of the retail store, driving profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead, hire, train, and develop the store team to maximize potential; foster an inclusive environment and ensure accountability across store operations, systems, and visual merchandising. Collaborate with the District Manager and management team to create a collaborative working environment, influence product assortment and in-store visual presentation, and consistently exceed goals. Maintain awareness of current fashion trends and industry developments, champion new ideas, and ensure best-in-class customer service through proactive engagement and swift resolution of concerns. Requires scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays; physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 40 pounds. 5+ years of retail management experience strongly preferred; current Store Director experience is a plus.
