Job Summary
Lead your team and drive store profitability by creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and swift concern resolution. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while recruiting, training, and developing talent to build a diverse team that exceeds goals. Partner with the District Manager to curate product assortments and visual merchandise, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone shares a vision for the brand. Provide feedback to influence business strategy and ensure accountability across all aspects of retail performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time retail management experience
- current Store Director experience
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong problem-solving skills
