Job Summary
Lead your team and drive store profitability by creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and swift concern resolution. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability and recruiting talent to build a diverse team. Partner with the District Manager to curate a collaborative environment, influence product assortment, and provide feedback on visual merchandise. Ensure the team exceeds goals and maintain an inclusive work environment with a shared vision. Schedule flexibility includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time retail management experience
- current Store Director experience
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
Desired Qualifications
- current Store Director experience is a plus
