Job Summary
Lead your team and drive store profitability through personalized customer service, swift concern resolution, and proactive engagement. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability and recruiting talent to build a diverse, inclusive team that reflects the communities served. Partner with the District Manager to curate product assortments and visual merchandise, providing feedback to influence business strategy. Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service while fostering a collaborative environment. This role requires 5+ years of retail management experience, including current Store Director experience, with scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
