Job Summary
Maintain centralized visibility of project timelines and key milestones by tracking PMO frameworks, standards, and governance processes. Monitor updates from Real Estate and Design/Construction teams, send reminders for status updates, and consolidate project information to ensure transparency and reporting consistency. Track Capex spending across development projects, support cost control and variance analysis, and prepare Final Feasibility Study documentation. Manage PO creation, tracking, and Goods Receipt processing while monitoring Coupa KPIs and vendor onboarding. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports on project performance, financials, and operations to support leadership and Headquarters decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 1–3 years in PMO support, project coordination, financial oversight, or development operations
- Exceptional execution and follow-through
- Ability to drive tasks to completion with accountability
- Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, or Capex principles
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Coupa, Airtable, or Lucernex
- Japanese language skills
- Master's degree preferred
