Store Detective

Store Detective responsible for investigating internal and external theft (including ORC) and ensuring a safe environment for customers, team members, and vendors. Duties include visual inspections of exterior/parking lot, backroom and sales-floor walking checks, reviewing cashier exception reports and theft activity, conducting shoplifting surveillance, documenting incident history with detailed reports, testifying in court as needed, and adhering to safety policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months security experience (or 1 year overall).
