Store Designer

Store Designer contributes to the store development process across multiple brands by providing thoughtful design solutions and timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include developing fixture plans in adherence to drafting and CAD standards, coordinating with internal/external partners, presenting completed plans to project and leadership teams, and maintaining design libraries. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft programs is required, with experience in Space planning, construction documents, and fixture development. The role involves field surveys to reflect site conditions, collaboration with Store Planning, Construction, Décor & Signage, Equipment Purchasing, and client partners, and travel up to 25% to support project delivery. Requires a Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Architectural Technology and knowledge of architecture, design, and construction documents; familiarity with Sketch-Up and Smartsheet is ideal. Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and presentation abilities are essential, as is the ability to adapt and deliver under deadlines within a fast-paced retail environment.
