Job Summary
Develop local activity strategies and manage human capital by recruiting, training, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Build and execute commercial policies for priority sports through data analysis, product selection, and omnichannel implementation. Manage the "best in class" customer experience by optimizing loyalty programs, implementing sales fundamentals, and acting as Duty Manager for daily operations. Drive in-store performance by analyzing forecasts, formalizing gaps, and ensuring stock accuracy while scheduling hours to match business activity. Guarantee daily safety and security of people and goods, maintaining knowledge of all technical systems and equipment.
