Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers safely, ensuring on-time and accurate shipments. Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional service during each delivery while picking up parts from vendors and maintaining accurate stockroom inventory. Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, including tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness. Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems. Support store operations by managing inbound and outbound shipments, stocking shelves, and delivering customer service including order dispatch. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach (up to 8 feet), and stand or walk for extended periods
- Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately
- Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening
- Comfortable navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
