Job Summary
Safely deliver automotive parts to NAPA customers in the metropolitan area, building friendly, professional service and strong customer relationships during each delivery. Responsibilities include delivering parts on time, picking up parts from vendors and maintaining stockroom inventory, following all safety guidelines and traffic laws, performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, maintaining detailed delivery logs, and supporting store operations with order dispatch, inbound/outbound shipments, and shelf stocking. The role emphasizes independent work with customers, flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays), and a path within a Fortune 200 company offering competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach (up to 8 feet), and stand or walk for extended periods
- Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately
- Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening
- Comfortable navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
