Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers safely, ensuring on-time and accurate arrivals while building strong relationships through friendly, professional service. Pick up parts from vendors, maintain accurate stockroom inventory, and perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks. Maintain detailed delivery logs, track shipments using company systems, and support store operations by managing inbound and outbound shipments, stocking shelves, and delivering customer service including order dispatch. Follow all safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach (up to 8 feet), and stand or walk for extended periods
- Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately
- Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening
- Comfortable navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
