Deli Attendant at Town Pump: responsible for food preparation according to recipe manual, including cutting, measuring, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying and broasting; maintain food safety and hygiene practices; clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment; store and label foods and organize supplies; operate and stock associated machines and service areas (hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee and fountain dispenser); perform clerk duties in smaller locations.
