Job Summary
Support store operations by serving in a team member capacity to drive sales, deliver key performance metrics, and maintain best-in-class service. Supervise team members and support their training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills while resolving customer issues and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol, maintain store safety and cleanliness standards, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with an estimated hourly rate of $16.96 to $23.74. You must be 21 years or older and possess 1-3 years of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player mindset
- Experience resolving customer issues
- Coaching peers
- Familiarity with the point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to work in various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
- Must be able to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol
- Must be able to maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Must be able to maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store
