Conduct daily customer interactions at Store #2309 in Savannah, GA, by determining client needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction while maintaining high visual standards for merchandise and store quality. Achieve excellent customer service metrics and consistently meet store sales goals. This role requires access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information, necessitating a criminal history review for business and public safety protection.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at Store #2309 located at: 1851 Chatham Parkway, Savannah, GA 31405
- Must be able to contact with customers, which may include minors
- Must have access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value
- Must be able to work supervised or unsupervised
- Must be able to review criminal history
