Job Summary
Store Customer Service Specialists work with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, maintain high quality and visual standards of products and the store, and strive to achieve excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals. The position involves contact with customers (including minors) and access to cash and other payment methods; a criminal history review is conducted to protect customers, staff, and operations.
